Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Education Institute (PMPEI) Courses: Each year, ACOPD sponsors one or more courses offered through PMPEI, a planning education organization formed by the Pennsylvania Planning Association and the Penn State Cooperative Extension. Potential courses that can be brought to an Adams County location include the following:
